สิ่งที่ถูกลบ
เมื่อคุณขอลบบัญชี ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ถูกลบออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา:
- รหัสผู้ใช้ (UID) ที่ระบบสร้างให้ตอนคุณลงชื่อเข้าใช้ครั้งแรก
- วันที่เห็นคุณครั้งแรกและครั้งล่าสุด
- ตัวนับโควตาสแกนรายเดือน ทุกเดือนที่เคยบันทึกไว้
- ตัวนับการใช้งานรายชั่วโมง ที่ใช้จำกัดอัตราการเรียก
- ผลที่อ่านได้จากสลิปที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ (ปกติถูกลบเองภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงอยู่แล้ว)
- สถานะสมาชิก (ฟรี/Pro)
- บัญชีของคุณในระบบยืนยันตัวตน พร้อมอีเมลและชื่อที่แสดงที่ผูกไว้

⚠️ ไฟล์สำรองข้อมูลใน Google Drive ถูกลบไปด้วยเสมอ

การลบบัญชีจึงไม่ทำให้รายการที่คุณจดไว้หายไปแม้แต่รายการเดียว — ถ้าคุณต้องการลบข้อมูล เหล่านี้ด้วย ให้ถอนการติดตั้งแอพ หรือไปที่การตั้งค่าของเครื่อง Android แล้วเลือกล้างข้อมูลของแอพ ซึ่งลบทุกอย่างในเครื่องทันทีและ กู้คืนไม่ได้ (สำรองข้อมูลไว้ก่อนถ้ายังต้องการเก็บ)

ระยะเวลา

Account and Data Deletion — Chobjot (ชอบจด)

This page explains how to delete your Chobjot account and states clearly what is deleted and what is not. It goes together with our Privacy Policy.
The short version
Delete it yourself in the app: open Chobjot → More tab → tap the profile card at the top → Delete account.
If you have already uninstalled the app: email chobjot.money@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the Google account you signed in with so we can confirm the request is yours.
What a Chobjot account is
Almost everything in the app works without an account — recording income and expenses, editing them, setting budgets, viewing charts, exporting reports, and backing up your data all work without signing in.
AI slip scanning requires signing in with a Google account, because we have to cap the quota per person. Without that cap the service would be abused and the running costs would be impossible for us to carry.
Automatic backup to Google Drive also requires signing in, because the files are stored in your own Drive storage, in a folder only the Chobjot app can open.
If you have never tapped sign-in, you do not have an account with us and none of your data is on our servers. There is nothing you need to do.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, the following is removed from our servers:
- The user ID (UID) generated when you first signed in
- The dates we first and last saw you
- Monthly scan quota counters for every month on record
- Hourly rate-limit counters used to throttle requests
- Any slip reading results that have not yet expired (these are normally deleted automatically within 48 hours anyway)
- Your membership status (Free/Pro)
- Your account in our authentication system, together with the email address and display name attached to it
After that, your account no longer exists in our systems.
⚠️ Your Google Drive backups are always deleted too
If you ever turned on automatic backup, every backup file in the app's folder on your Google Drive is deleted as well, and cannot be recovered.
We always delete them and offer no option to keep them, because those files live in a folder only the Chobjot app can open, and only while you are signed in with that account. Keeping them after the account is gone would leave files taking up your Drive storage that nobody — including you — could ever open or delete again.
If this phone breaks or is lost after this, there will be no backup left to restore from. If you still want a copy, go to More → Export and backup → Back up all data and save the .zip file yourself before deleting your account.
What is not deleted, because it was never on our servers
All of your financial data lives only on your own phone. We have no copy and never did:
- Income, expense, and transfer entries
- Budgets, wallets, categories, and tags
- People and shops you recorded, with any images you chose for them
- Lending and borrowing records, and money you fronted for other people
- Slip images attached to your entries
Deleting your account therefore does not remove a single entry you have recorded. If you want that data gone as well, uninstall the app, or open your Android settings and clear the app's storage. That erases everything on the device immediately and cannot be undone — back up first if you still want to keep it.
Backup files you exported and stored somewhere yourself (sent to a chat app, or saved to your own drive) are not ours to reach. You need to delete those from wherever you put them — unlike the automatic backups in the app's own folder, which we always delete, as described above.
Timing
Your data is removed from our live database as soon as the request succeeds. There is no waiting period and no grace period.
Automated disaster-recovery snapshots taken by the cloud platform roll off by themselves within 30 days. We do not use those snapshots for anything other than restoring the service after a failure.
Requests sent by email are actioned within 30 days of us confirming your identity.
If you change your mind
You can sign in again at any time. You will be treated as a new user and given a fresh free quota, but your previous usage history and membership status will not come back, because they were genuinely deleted.
If you currently subscribe to Pro, cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting your account. Deleting your account with us does not automatically stop Google Play billing.
